John Limansky, M.D., is the founder of Alpha M Wellness, a concierge medical practice that applies the principles of prevention medicine with the goal of empowering patients to lengthen their lifespan and increase their health span.
Dr. Limansky is board certified in Internal Medicine and has over 15 years of experience in medical practice.
Having worked in centralized medicine, Dr. Limansky as a unique insight into how medical treatments are geared towards chronic management by treating the symptoms of disease without getting to the root cause of the majority of diseases. By leveraging the power of technology including wearable devices, Dr. Limansky provides real time feedback with a focus on disease prevention and reversal.
He lives in New Jersey with his wife and three children.
He is licensed and seeing patients in Texas, California, New Jersey, New York, Mississippi, Florida and Washington State.
