The Alpha Process
Detailed Intake
Our initial intake meeting is a 60-90 minute session where we delve deep into your past medical history and current medical issues.
Testing
Once we have created a profile and areas of focus a detailed testing including blood and diagnostic studies will be done to establish your health status and risk profile.
Data Collection
Data collection will be obtained in real time via wearable devices such as Dexcom for glucose monitoring and Oura for sleep metrics. Other bluetooth enabled devices may be used depending on the needs of the individual patient.
Close Monitoring
After we have created a plan of action, health data is collected and analyzed as we implement both lifestyle and nutritional changes. Regularly scheduled meetings will allow for feedback and adjustments to protocols.
